Recently,Sushi is the food that loved by all over the world！If you will come to Japan,maybe you think “I want to eat Sushi in Japan!”.
In Japan, there are some kind of Sushi restrant,one of that are luxury shops that Sushi craftsman made delicious Sushi in front of you,another one are “Kaiten-sushi” that are you can choose many kind of sushi on front of you,the sushi are rolling front of you! That is “Kaiten-sushi”. Japanese like “Kaiten-sushi”! (“Kaiten” means “rolling”)
Kaiten-Sushi are the unique style Sushi-shop,there are the round lane in the shop,and the Sushi on the dish are rolling on the lane that are offered each table. When you order the Sushi that you want to eat, your order will reach your table that use on the lane.
The rule of “Kaiten-Sushi”
- Don’t put it back once you picked up sushi.
- Sushi take with dish.
- Tea is free but self-service. There are beer and soft drink are not free.
- Eaten dishes are not put it back to lane. Keep on the table,because dishes are used on check.
How much Kaiten-Sushi?
I checked some Kaiten-sushi in Aomori prefecture,there are some kind of sushi chain store now.Many sushi is 100yen（Tax not include) ,two sushi on one dish.
A bit luxurious sushi is 150～180yen（Tax not include）,there may be one sushi on one dish.
I think it is really good value!
I go to Kaiten-sushi with my family,2 adults and 2 children,I pay about 3,000yen.If you drink beer or alcohole,the price may become higher a little more.(Sushi is cheep but beer is not cheep ^^;)
You can fun many kind of sushi, another foods without sushi also enriching. So, Kaiten-sushi is popular with families. There are Ramen, Soba, Sweets, and fish menu change with the seasons.
I think there are the fish that you haven’t eat ever, but the Menu will be helpful that are published picture and price. Further,Sushi are move on the lane,you can choose when you see.
