Wild dolphin watching on the Mutsu Bay ferry! ?
You may be able to watch wild dolphins by riding the Mutsu Bay ferry from Kanita Port to Wakinosawa Port, from the end of April to June each year.
A flock of dolphins who have moved north from the south of the Sea of Japan in pursuit of the sardines that feed on them enter the bay.

However, when I participated this time, I experienced that a considerable number of dolphins roamed around the channel. There are a lot of dolphins. It depends on their luck whether they look near or far, but I felt that many dolphins were swimming!
Only a few dolphins could see the way out. However, on the return route from the right "I have dolphins!" From the left "Jumped!" The cheers of joy that met wild dolphins rose one after another. (The tour participants are divided into right and left looking for dolphins)
The flock of birds also appears in some places, and the dolphin jumps when waiting for it!
On the return trip, I was able to observe it as close as I was excited to say “Oh!”, But this was the limit with my camera and my skill.
If you want to take a real dolphin photo, please take a camera like a telescope.
